Then there is a wide range of ovens, whether convection or combination, and a diversified choice of food preparation equipment. Heavy duty, reliable, quality made commercial cooking equipment ranging from gas and electric cooking ranges, griddle paltes, target tops, fryers, pasta cookers, induction cook tops, woks, barbeques (BBQ), bain-maries, bratt pans and stockpots.

Giano 1100 Series

The “Through” line is conceived for those who want the best possible use of their available kitchen space, since it allows for the installation of narrow central cooking blocks. Very thick tops guarantee maximum sturdiness and easy cleaning thanks to the Scotch Brite satin finish.

700 Series

A range of compact heavy duty equipment that incorporates reliability, power and design. The kitchen tops are made in a single mould and may be fitted on request. This system has many add-ons to improve the working environment including removable dirt-collecting tray, electric ignition and self-cleaning system. The wide choice of models (versions on an open base unit or over an oven or counter-top) allows the ideal solution to be found whatever the need or type of environment

900 Series

This is the range that combines an outstandingly sturdy structure with an elegant and harmonious design. All the tops are made in 20/10 thick 18/10 steel cut by laser to ensure that adjacent units are perfectly aligned. The kitchen tops are made in a single mould and may be fitted on request. This system has many adds-ons including removable dirt-collecting tray, electric ignition and self-cleaning system. Available on open undercounters, on ovens or as top.

Ovens

There is a B-Cooking Centre oven for every type of activity, for every type of restaurant: For those who cook with creativity and fantasy and for those who have to guarantee quality and quantity at the same time.

The Baron series of convection ovens/steamers are available I n two standard ranges. The BREV series featuring 3 sizes of combi, 5, 7 and 10 tray, all with manual control panels available in both gas and electric.

The BCKE series features 7, 10, 20 and 40 tray models with electronic control panel and automatic washing systems.

The range offers every alternative:

  • system or direct injection
  • two heating systems: electric or gas
  • electromechanical control or electronic "Touch screen"
  • five capacities: from 7 to 40 GN 1/1 grids

Ware Washing

Baron dishwashers use rinse cycles that are long enough to rinse properly and reduce the amount of water used in the washing cycles, with two filters to remove left over food particles.

Baron has a range of superb under-counter and pass-through dishwashers and glasswashers made with the legendary Baron build. High quality, long lasting and beautiful European machines for keeping your dishes spotless.
